Through these docs, we will first address the different risk vectors that may affect both Moonwell Artemis and Apollo lending protocols.
Then, we'll describe all of the available governance parameters to help mitigate the different economic risk vectors. 
Finally, we'll provide our methodology to help optimally set those parameters.
